Required Experience:

• 5+ years of iOS Development (Swift) experience;

• Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking and leadership skills;

• Lead/PM skills: teamwork, complexity analysis and estimation, coding standards, code reviews, best practices, source control management, etc. ;

• Knowledge of the best professional practices for the complete software development lifecycle;

• The ability to refactor code iteratively;

• Advanced in-depth knowledge of design patterns (MVP, MVVM, MVC);

• Experience with API communication (JSON, graphQL);

• Unit and UI testing experience with XCTest;

• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, Bitrise, etc.);

• Experience with AVFoundation, CoreVideo, CoreAnimation, ARKit, CoreML, CoreData, Realm, Firebase, Fastlane, TestFlight, Cocoapods, Carthage, CoreLocation, Ads;

• BS in Computer Science, Math, EE, or other applicable degrees will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in setting architectural and technical standards across the portfolio;

• Architect / Design and develop iOS applications;

• Perform coding and code review. Provide technical assistance for the technical team;

• Provide performance optimization. Help set team goals and timelines while ensuring that they align with the goals of the project;

• Use best practices for continuous build, release, enhancements, and bug fixes as needed to the platform.

• Provide Technical Thought Leadership;

• Collaborate with UX designer and business stakeholders to ensure the technical feasibility of app designs;

• Develop current business solutions independently;

• Accountable for input, creation, and execution of Digital Experience portfolio architecture and strategy;

• Identify and drive improvements and innovation;

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the IOS technology solutions;

• Mentor and train new or less experienced team members;

• Constantly learning and sharing with others both in and outside the team;

• Partner with Software Engineers, Design team, Quality Engineers, Product Owner/ to deliver high performing quality customer experiences that are engaging, purposeful and powerful in their simplicity;

• Manage the status / risk / communication to the management.
