Our expectations:

Rust knowledge and experience

Knowledge of Computer Science (data structures, algorithms, etc.)

Knowledge of English at level B1 and above

Ability to work in a team, communication skills

Will be a plus:

Experience in writing smart contracts.

Understanding how a decentralized system works.

Knowledge of how blockchain works.
