Rim Al Jammal

I am Rim Al Jammal, a fresh graduate in Human Resources from the Lebanese Canadian University with an excellent average, I graduated 3 months ago, and trained in the HR department for 2 months at the Lebanese Organization for Studies and Training (LOST) located in Baalbek-Lebanon. The main duties and responsibilities are: filing HR documents, updating employee attendance and absence records, data entry for employees, reviewing HR policies, solving any kind of problem in a professional way.. and many others. I also worked on a project for MEDAIR under the supervision of the project coordinator at LOST. This project aims to know the basic needs and requirements of the Syrian camps in the Beqaa, especially in the winter season.

Currently, looking to advance my career in a challenging role. Knowledgeable about employment law and effective organizational planning. Having the necessary knowledge about a human resources information system and handling all HR duties and responsibilities. I would like to do an internship in the HR department at WMK tech in Baalbek, to get more experience and be one of your team member in the future.
