We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an E-commerce Website Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our company’s e-commerce website. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets our business objectives.

👨🏻‍💻Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of the e-commerce website project from start to finish

- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations

- Manage communication and foster collaboration between design, development, marketing, and other teams involved in the project

- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues

- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project milestones, dependencies, and potential roadblocks

- Ensure the e-commerce website meets quality standards and user requirements

- Oversee testing, launch, and post-launch activities, including performance monitoring and optimization

- Continuously assess and improve project management processes and methodologies.

🗂️Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, computer science, or a related field

- Proven experience (3 years minimum) managing e-commerce website projects, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices

- ⁠Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams

- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello

- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus

- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
