Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer role located in Lebanon, TN. The Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's Salesforce platform, including configuring and customizing Salesforce's Sales, Service, and Community Clouds. Additionally, the Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and document requirements, and test and deploy salesforce.com enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce, specifically in Sales, Service, and Community Clouds
- Strong experience in Salesforce data management, including integration, data migration, and data quality
- Experience with SFDC Configuration and customizations of Objects, Fields, Record Types and Page Layouts
- Experience in translating business requirements into working Salesforce.com designs with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security
- Experience with Git, JIRA, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Agile, Scrum, and other management tools and methodologies
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator
